To register for mat classes (Pilates or yoga), please follow the prompts for classes. When buying a class card, please pay for your package prior to selecting your classes. To register for Private Pilates/Yoga sessions or Reformer/Apparatus sessions, please follow the prompts for appointments.

Class Levels & Descriptions:
EM = Essential Matwork Pilates; INT = Intermediate Pilates; BLEND = Mixed Levels Pilates; Vinyasa = actively paced yoga class linking postures and breath in flowing sequences; Hatha= fundamental yoga postures and alignment
